Mission Statement

The mission of Norristown Academy Charter School is to provide an enriching school environment in which all children can achieve to their fullest potential and develop these talents. Students will be active participants in an educational environment characterized by high expectations for their academic achievement and demonstrated proficiency of the Pennsylvania Academic Standards. Students will be members of a diverse student body, including English Language Learners (ELL) and students with disabilities, in a program that challenges them to excel as active learners, independent thinkers, respectful individuals, responsible citizens and lifelong learners.

Our Vision

The vision of NACS is to empower students to develop the necessary academic, social, and emotional skills that prepare them for success in high school, post- secondary education, and their careers, as well as in society and, in particular, to identify their interests and talents to enable them to be more productive academic achievers. Consistent with the PA Core, the school aims to matriculate students with strong foundations for success in secondary education, higher education, and their careers.
